Gateway: 192.168.0.xxx/192.168.1.xxx -> router IP. 'xxx' is any number from 1-255
Network prefix length: 24 -> don't change
DNS 1: 8.8.8.8 -> can be change. Ex: Streamyx (M) - 202.188.0.133
DNS 2: 8.8.4.4 -> can be change. Ex: Streamyx (M) - 202.188.1.5

Basically this setup is just like changing the IP in PC.

NOTES

IPv4
- This is your device IP address. Same as PC, the common IP address for device 192.168.0.xxx or 192.168.0.xxx. The 'xxx' is your unique device number. If this number is same as other device, IP conflict will happen and either your device or the other device with same IP will have constant disconnection.

Gateway
- This is the router IP address. Most common router IP address is 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1. This is the hard part to get since the only way to get this is by login to the router which you need to have a full access to the router or you need to be connected to the router.

Network prefix length
- Basically this is the Subnet Mask. Instead of using 255.255.255.0, Android device use 24 which is the same thing. So you don't need t change it and leave it as it is.

DNS 1 & DNS 2
- For PC, these are called Preferred DNS server and Alternate DNS server. This you can either use Google DNS (8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4) or use the DNS from your ISP. If using public WiFi, just use the Google DNS.

FAQs
1. I'm trying this at public WiFi and it doesn't work.
- Probably the router use different IP address than the common used one.

2. I can't connect to the internet using this guide and automatic settings I have no problem.
- Make sure the settings is correct. Best way is to use a PC or laptop to connect to the router. Open CMD and type ipconfig/all to see the router details.

3. At first it work well, then it doesn't.
- Try changing your device IP address. Probably someone else is using the same IP.

4. I'm using a WiFi at some cafe or restaurant. At first I had no problem, then my device can't detect the WiFi here.
- A router can be set on how many device can be connect to the router at the same time. Sometime when this limit have been reach, other device cannot connect to the router until other connected device disconnect from it. The only way to fix this is by changing the device limit on the router or wait until the other user leave. Depend on place, you can ask the cafe or restaurant worker to restart the router.

Good luck ~~~(^-^)/
